PDB-V104 Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. A photodiode is capable of conducting 150pA current even without light input.
