PDB-C613-1 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Die packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 90nA current.
