PDB-C503-ST Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. The photodiode will operate at 65pA current even in the absence of light input.
