PDB-C503-FCF Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 100V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 65pA current.
