PDB-C170 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 100V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 100V continuously in reverse-bias mode. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. A photodiode occurs even at 200pA current without light input.
