PDB-C169 Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 200V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 200V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 5nA even without light input.
