PDB-C157F Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 50V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 50V. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
