PDB-C152SM Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously.
