PDB-C138F Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 2nA current.
