PDB-C137F Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 50V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
