PDB-C134 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 3mm Dia (T-1) packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiodes need a breakdown voltage of 100V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
