PDB-C112 Overview
It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Module packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. Without light, a photodiode has 10nA current.
