PDB-C104 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 100V.
