PC900V0NSZXF Description
PC900V0NSZXF developed by Sharp Microelectronics is a type of photocoupler containing an IRED optically coupled to an OPIC chip. It operates with a supply voltage range of 3 to 15 V and an isolation voltage of 5.0 kV. It is available in the DIP package to meet the board space requirements. It is able to provide optimum performance for a wide range of applications, including Programmable controllers, PC peripherals, and electronic musical instruments.
