OSD3358-512M-BAS Overview


MPU Core is the type of module or board that is used in this microcontroller.Microprocessor chip is powered by a processor with a total of ARM® Cortex®-A8, AM3358 cores in it.It is default for the microcontroller to set the mode to 0°C~85°C.In this case, the connector type is 400-BGA.There are two versions of this microcontrollers in the OSD335x Series.This is done to make sure that the software is able to run normally and that the RAM size is reduced to 512MB.In this MCU chip, the speed is set to 1GHz.The package has the SIP extension.As of right now, 85°C is the maximum operational temperature at this time.Microprocessor should be warmer than 0°C when microprocessor is operating.An Intel NEON™ SIMD Core Processor is at the heart of this MCUs.
