OPF430 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46 packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 100V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. A photodiode is equipped with 3 pins. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 200mW heat. As a rule of thumb, photodiodes should operate at a temperature no higher than 125°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -55°C. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 100V. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 100V voltage. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 100pA electrical current.
