OPF422 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-3 packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 100V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 100V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 3. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 200mW heat. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. A reverse anode voltage of 100V should be applied to the photodiodes. The photodiodes could supply 100V voltage in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 100pA even without light input.
