OMAPL138BZCED4 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 361-LFBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. OMAP-L1x is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM926EJ-S processor. It has SDRAM RAM controllers. A HPI, I2C, McASP, McBSP, MMC/SD, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V. There is DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with OMAPL138. A total of 361 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1V voltage supply. 456MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 361 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 361 pins. There is only 2 core in this processor. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 1.3V. 1.35V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 8kB. A voltage higher than 1.35V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 1.25V. The 3 counters help determine how busy the CPU is.
