OMAP3530ECBBAR Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In the CPU, there are 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. OMAP-35xx is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. It has LPDDR RAM controllers. A HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.0V. There is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC MICROPROCESSOR, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with OMAP3530. A total of 515 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1V voltage supply. 600MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 515 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 515 pins. There is only 1 core in this processor. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 1.8V. 1.35V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 64kB. The 15 counters help determine how busy the CPU is. The CPU microprocessor is equipped with 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels
