OMAP3503ECUS72 Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The OMAP-35xx series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.0V on this CPU. This is a DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Try searching for variants of the cpu microprocessor with OMAP3503. Total terminations are 423. In the case of a 1.8V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. CPUs operate at 720MHz Hz. For functions of 423 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 423 pins. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. There is 1.35V voltage at the CPU core.
