NVBLS001N06C is a single N-channel MOSFET Automotive Power MOSFET in a 10x12mm flat lead package is designed for compact and efficient designs and includes high thermal performance. Wettable Flank Option included for Enhanced Optical Inspection. AEC-Q101 Qualified MOSFET and PPAP capable are suitable for automotive applications. The onsemi NVBLS001N06C can minimize conduction losses, minimize driver losses, and minimize switching noise. And the ideal operating temperature of NVBLS001N06C MOSFET is between -55 and 175°C.
