The ON Semiconductor NVB072N65S3 SuperFET III MOSFET is a new high voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET family that employs charge balance technology for exceptional low resistance and lower gate charge performance. This cutting-edge technology is designed to reduce conduction loss, provide excellent switching performance, and withstand high dv/dt rates.
