A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Each of these NTC thermistors has a total of 2 terminations. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected. It is possible to absorb 0.5W power dissipation by the electronic component. It is possible for NTC thermistors to operate at a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
