NTC thermistors should be set to -25°C~105°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 110°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -25°C. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. In the NTC thermometers, 250mW is the maximum power setting.
