NOIP1SN5000A-QTI Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in LCC packages. Pins 84 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 3.6V. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C temperatures. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -40°C.
