NOIL2SC1300A-GDC Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 168-CPGA packages. A voltage of 2.5V 3.3V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 57 dB. According to the specification, the image sensor's optical format is 1.4 inch. This image sensor has 168 pins. During operation, image sensors should have a voltage of 4.3V. They have pins 168 on them.
