NOIL1SC4000A-GDC Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 127-BCPGA packages. 2.5V 3.3V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 90 dB. Pins 127 are connected to the image sensor. 127 pins are present on these electronic components.
