The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~170°C in order to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 170°C because of their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C for relibility reasons.
