A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SC-74A, SOT-753 package.MouseReel represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 1 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 11V ~ 18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).The input type for this program is TTL.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 11 → 18V volts of power.A board with 5 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 1 Output outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 6.5 A.The gate driver is part of the NCP51100A series.
