An electric charge can be stored in a capacitor by its capacitance, which has a ratio of 7.4.Varactor can handle currents up to 7 A according to Varactorss current rating.A temperature range of -55°C ~ 175°C should be maintained during operation.Additionally, the Die package can be used to save space.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 15 V.
