ML6554CUX Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 650kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 4V. The ML6554 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
