This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 650kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.3V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 4V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the ML6554 family.
