MIMXRT1064DVL6A Description
With speeds up to 600 MHz, the Arm Cortex?-M7 core in the new processor family known as the MIMXRT1064DVL6A offers the highest CPU performance and best real-time reaction.
There are 4 MB of on-chip Flash and 1 MB of on-chip RAM in the MIMXRT1064DVL6A processor. The other 512 KB SRAM is general-purpose on-chip RAM, whereas 512 KB SRAM can be flexibly set as TCM or TCM. The MIMXRT1064DVL6A contains a powerful power management module with DCDC and LDO to simplify power sequencing and lessen the complexity of external power supplies.
Additional memory interfaces offered by the MIMXRT1064DVL6A include SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR FLASH, SD/eMMC, Quad SPI, and a variety of other interfaces for attaching peripherals including WLAN, Bluetooth?, GPS, displays, and camera sensors. Rich audio and video functions, such as an LCD display, simple 2D graphics, camera interface, SPDIF, and I2S audio interface, are available on the MIMXRT1064DVL6A. Analog interfaces on the MIMXRT1064DVL6A include ADC, ACMP, and TSC.
