MIMXRT1062DVJ6A is a new kind of processor with Arm Cortex?-M7 core provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale. In this electronic device, an advanced power management module is integrated with DCDC and LDO to simplify the external power supply and power sequencing. MIMXRT1062DVJ6A processor is able to provide a wide range of memory interfaces for connecting peripherals, including NOR FLASH, SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, etc.
