MIMX8MQ5CVAHZAB Overview
Due to its 621-FBGA, FCBGA packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 4 Core 32-Bit . Obtain a basic understanding of operating temperature around 0°C. From the i.MX8MQ series. ARM® Cortex®-A53 is the processor core of this CPU. Memory controllers for this CPU are DDR3L, DDR4, LPDDR4. Featuring EBI/EMI, I2C, PCIe, SPI, UART, uSDHC interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. Total terminations are 621. Using a 1V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. Supply current is maximum at 1.05V. A clock frequency of 40MHz is used by the CPU microprocessor. Data is transferred through 16 I/O ports by CPU programs.
