MHT1803A Description
In order to operate from 1.8 to 50 MHz in consumer and commercial culinary applications, the MHT1803A 300 W CW high efficiency RF power transistor was created. These devices are made to offer a high level of dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications in addition to a significant reduction in on-resistance.
