MCP9801T-M/SN Overview
As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 8. The electronic part has 8 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 400μA current when they are functioning. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide the maximum voltage of 5.5V. In the DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V. During operation, the analog sensors supply 4.75, 28 V voltage. The device has 8 pins. In general, optimum performance requires a sensor to output 200μA. Using 125 °C for the maximum operating temperature of analog sensors is possible. To make sure that this sensor works, it should not run below -55 °C.
