It is supplied in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the MCP seies. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C ~ 125°C when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Reel for space saving. It employs 16-QFN (3x3) as its supplier device package.
