MC9S12D64VFUE Description
The MC9S12DJ64 microcontroller unit (MCU) is a 16-bit device composed of standard on-chip peripherals. Includes a 16-bit central processing unit (HCS12 CPU), 64K-byte Flash EEPROM, 4K-byte RAM, 1K-byte EEPROM, two asynchronous serial communication interfaces (SCI), a serial peripheral interface (SPI), an 8-channel IC/OC enhanced capture timer, two 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADC), an 8-channel pulse width modulator (PWM), a digital byte data link controller (BDLC), 29 discrete digital Imax O channels (port A, port B, port B) port K and port E), 20 discrete digital Imax O lines with interrupt and wake-up functions, a module (MSCAN12) compatible with CAN 2.0A and B software, and an inter-IC bus. MC9S12DJ64 always has a complete 16-bit data path. However, the external bus can operate in an 8-bit narrow mode, so a single 8-bit wide memory can be connected to a lower-cost system. By using the PLL circuit, the power consumption and performance can be adjusted to meet the operational requirements.
