MC68HC705C9ACFN Description
The M68HC05 Family includes the HCMOS microcomputer MC68HC705C9ACFN. The EPROM version of the MC68HC705C9ACFN is the MC68HC705C9A, which can also be programmed to be the MC68HC705C9ACFN's EPROM version. When configured as an MC68HC705C9ACFN, the MC68HC705C9ACFN memory map has 12,092 bytes of user EPROM and 176 bytes of RAM, and it has 15, 932 bytes of user EPROM and 352 bytes of RAM when configured as an MC68HC705C9ACFN. The MC68HC705C9ACFN has a 16-bit capture/compare timer, a serial peripheral interface, and a serial communications interface.
