MC68EC000FN20 Overview
Packed in PLCC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 68 terminations totally. With a 5V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The supply voltage should not exceed 5.25V. This CPU has a wide external data Bus width of 16. 68 pins are injected into the part body. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 20MHz. As specified in datasheets, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supplies. You can supply voltage 70mA higher than 70mA to the CPU.
