MC65Y104B Overview


Bulk is the package size of NTC thermistors. It's in the Bead package for convenience. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±0.1°C. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C in order to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C because of their maximum operating temperature. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C for relibility reasons. It's 25mW power that the NTC thermistors can put out. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 25mW to operate.
