MC1496PG Overview
Due to the enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, this RF IC is excellent .Tube package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Through Hole-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 14 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 14 pins.Below 70°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than 0°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 5mA.
