In the 300MHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The Tube package contains this RF modulator.Any Through Hole-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 14 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 14 pins.Under 70°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of 0°C for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 5mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
