MC1496P1 Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 300MHz.RF IC with the enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Through Hole-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 14 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 14-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 70°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below 0°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
