The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Cut Tape (CT).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in SC-82A, SOT-343.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 2.7V~5V voltage capabilities can be used.For its operation, 4.7mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
