RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 2.5MHz 1.5MHz.With the enhanced 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 10 terminations integrated.This is a 10-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
