Using the frequency of 30MHz ~ 300MHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 20-pin.85 °C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40 °C.
