Based on the frequency of 650MHz~1.2GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.36 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.
