Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 12 V.Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 3.37 volts.Diode cap tolerance 13.51% is a characteristic of this device.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 55 pF.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C ~ 125°C range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the SC-70, SOT-323 package.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 12 V.
